C1 = Cytoplasma des Lymphocyten; C2 = Cytoplasma der Endothelzellen der Sinuswand;
Ec = Euchromatin (hell, hier findet die Transskription statt); Hc = Heterochromatin (dunkel granulär, inaktive DNS);
L = Lumen des Milzsinus; Mi = Mitochondrium (Cristatyp); Mn = Membrana nuclearis (Zellkernmembran = Karyotheka);
Mne = Membrana nuclearis externa (äußere Zellkernmembran); Mni = Membrana nuclearis interna (innere Zellkernmembran);
N = Nucleus (Zellkern mit Karyoplasma aus Karyolymphe und Chromatin in Form von Eu- und Heterochromatin);
Nc = Nucleolus (Kernkörperchen); P = Plasmalemma (Zellmembran); Pnu = Porus nuclearis (Zellkernpore; mit zartem Diaphragma verschlossen);
PR = Poly(ribo)somen; Ps = Pseudopodium (beweglicher Zellfortsatz); RER = rauhes endoplasmatisches Retikulum;
Spi = Spatium intermembranosum, hier zwischen der äußeren und der inneren Kernmembran, entspricht hier dem perinucleären Raum.
